Return and Refund Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product(s), but only under the following conditions:

    • The delivery packaging has not been opened.

    • The products are damaged.

    • The wrong product was received.

  • To initiate a return, please notify us immediately and return the product(s) in its original packaging.

  • We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed, and remain in their original packaging.

  • If all these conditions are met, please ship the product(s) back to us using a registered courier service. We will process your refund upon receiving the returned product(s).

  • Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
